Welcome to this website from Tony & Sarah Henshall. We live in Cheshire with our young twins Edward (Teddy) and Lucy. We have been involved in the home shopping/network marketing industry since 2006, when we joined a UK catalogue company.  Having enjoyed a degree of success with them, qualifying for free overseas trips to Marrakech and Vienna, we realised that after 3 years very hard work, we weren’t growing and were having to toil just to tread water.

This sent a very clear message to us – that having worked a business and given it a reasonable chance of success, we needed to seek out a new opportunity.  We had faith in network marketing and faith in home shopping.  We had also become aware of the growth and success of an iconic company – AVON.

Since joining AVON in Winter 2009, Sarah has become an Executive Sales Leader, achieving this status in 19 weeks.  A great author and direct sales expert that we have read many books by, Ed Ludbrook, talks about being in the right place at the right time.  AVON is the right place – Sales Leadership is going from strength to strength with cash bonuses of over £6k on the table, and it is certainly the right time, with sales in the 4th quarter 2010 being an AVON UK record.  Sarah’s team turned over more than £330k in the first full year of operation (2010).

We are looking for AVON Representatives who seek to earn anything from £20 a week upwards with flexible hours, no cash outlay, no commitment and no boss.  We are also looking for AVON Sales Leaders who want to build a multi-million pound business.  And of course, we are looking for everyone inbetween.  Are you looking for us?  We hope to be working with you soon.
